What is the Dorm Damage charge?
Dorm Damage is billed to the student’s account at the end of each semester. Billing occurs when damage, lack of cleanliness, and/or vandalism occurs in the residence halls or apartments. There are two types of dorm damage billing: Individual Billing occurs when there are one or more specific individuals that have been found responsible for damage in a student room or common area. Community Billing occurs when no individuals can be found responsible for damages in a common area so the costs are equally pro-rated among the residents.
