What is the DOCTUS Medical Transcription Program?
DOCTUS offers a 4-month full time planned training course as per industry guidelines for the selected candidates. Tutoring mainly focusses on English language and medicine tailored to the needs of MT industry; keyboard skills; and acquiring computer and transcription skills to handle a variety of dictation. It is training in Medical terminology, transcription stylistics and professional issues in medical record management. DOCTUS has the required infrastructure with a well-equipped lab. We derive our strength from combining the expertise of our experienced, well-trained, dedicated and responsible medical language specialists with creative and innovative training techniques. Our faculty has put in more than 8 years of individual experience in medical training. Since good written English is a must in transcription, a trainee is expected to have basic written English skills before he starts the training.
