What is the Diving AIG 7702, and how long do we have to keep it?
Ans: AIG 7702 is a message supplement to the Diving Safety Line (DSL). It is published by the NAVAL SAFETY CENTER, CODE 37 (DIVING) and provides quick dissemination of diving safety-related information, and the location of our Diving Safety Survey teams over the next few months. Critical information from AIG 7702’s will be reprinted in the following Diving Safety Line. Commands are only required to maintain a copy of AIG 7702’s that are published after the most recent Diving Safety Line. Once a new Diving Safety Line comes out throw away your old AIG 7702’s.
