The District Honors Council (DHC) is an administrative group comprised of an Honors Program Director from Signal Peak and from Superstition Mountain campuses, as well as an administrative representative and a District Honors Coordinator. The group has many responsibilities, including creating and revising the Honors curriculum, vision, and mission; managing the budget of the District Honors Programs and Services (DHPS); creating and revising DHPS policies and procedures; monitoring Honors programs, services and activities; evaluating program effectiveness, striving for continuous improvement; and serving as a forum for proposals, discussion, evaluation and problem resolution related to Honors programs and services.
