What is the District doing to improve customer service at the C Street DMV location?
The District has partnered with US Airways to train employees in customer service and implemented a tester program for quality assurance. Customer service at C St. is one of the most closely monitored functions in this government under the Williams Administration. We’ve recently opened two new full service windows to help alleviate wait-time and are providing notification of new online internet service which make it possible for renewals to be done by “skipping the trip” to a service center.
