Hard to give you any real advice, since there are dozens of “Best Western” hotels in the Dallas area. The Coyote Ugly bar is/was located in Deep Ellum at 2813 Commerce street. (This is an entertainment district east or Downtown Dallas…) Most locals have abandoned the night scene in Deep Ellum due to persistent crime issues, and a lot of the bars and night spots are either closed or are struggling. The “Victory” development west of Downtown (built around the arena where the Dallas Mavericks play) is the new “hot spot” for Dallas nightlife.
