FrankS… Depression is a class under the umbrella of mood disorders. Beneath the umbrella of mood disorders contain some of these other disorders: Dsythymic Disorder, Bipolar I & II, Major Depressive Disorder, Depressive Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (NOS) and other criteria for Major Depressive Disorder.
