Discipline Plan 1st Offense: Verbal Warning 2nd Offense: Student/Teacher Conference 3rd Offense: Timeout/Contact Parent 4th Offense: Parent/Student/Teacher Conference 5th Offense: Referral Written *Parent contact and/or a time-out may be given with any offense. Also, referrals are written immediately for serious discipline infractions.
