A. This program offers the opportunity for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) to gain access to operate in an airport. The program primarily supports women-owned and minority-owned businesses. The airport’s goal is that a percentage of all concession sales will be derived from DBE owned and operated businesses in the airport. To qualify as a DBE, a business owner must be certified by the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises in Olympia, (360) 753-9693.
