What is the Diploma in Labour Relations?
The Diploma in Labour Relations is offered by Continuing Studies in partnership with the Faculty of Social Science. The Diploma provides a comprehensive program of study enabling undergraduate and graduate students, practitioners in the field of labour relations, human resource professionals, union representatives, and management representatives to obtain a solid grounding in the theory of labour relations. This will be combined with practical and applied skills focusing on the development of new models for joint labour-management relationships.
