I do admit that I have no technical expertise concerning these skin treatment strategies, however what I do know of the basic mechanisms causes me to think of the following: Electrical devices for toning the skin might be effective, but I think they would produce undesirable, possibly painful feedback in one’s nerves if they were not tuned just so. I did once try a muscle stimulator, and found it uncomfortable. LED light therapy sounds novel so I will have to research it further, but it makes sense to me that light exposure can benefit people’s health, since our skin does produce essential vitamins when exposed, at least moderately, to sunlight.
