What is the different between Pet shop and Pet superstore?
A pet shop is probably going to be your family owned, probably smaller with prices running a bit higher store. A pet superstore is the walmart of pet stores. They reduce their prices (mildly) and buy in bulk. They have a corporate headquarters.. But mainly, the animals aren’t as healthy. They use all sorts of unneccessary treatments in the water of the fish tanks so that they have the maximum appeal. Which is why more of their fish die.
