What is the different between laminated flooring, solid wood flooring and FLOREST Engineered Flooring (FEF)?
Laminated floor is made of High Density Fiber board (HDF), which is covered by a printed paper and coating with melamine resin. It is cheap, easy to install but not last very long. While solid wood flooring is very expensive, very difficult to find good quality wood and very difficult to install. In addition, solid wood flooring has high opportunity of expanding and contracting all the time. Compare to FLOREST Engineered Flooring (FEF), it uses genuine wood veneer. It comes prefinished from the factory. It is easy to install, last longer at a reasonable price.
