A13: Free member (no fee) have limited download and not entiled to to receiver SEL software while VIP member (paid for membership, Gold = $60 USD, Silver = $40 USD) they have full access to library and entitled to receive our SEL module software all version. VIP-Gold member receive high commission pay down to 5 levels. Free members network down line can be move to other VIP members while VIP member down line fixed permanently under VIP member (non-moveable).
