What is the difference of grain alcohol from isopropyl alcohol?

Grain alcohol, or ethanol, is C2H5OH. Isopropyl alcohol is C3H8O. Isopropyl alcohol is about twice as toxic as ethanol, so I’d not recommend it for anything you intend to eat or breathe. Clearly they are completely different substances with different physical characteristics. Try to substitute and see if that also works, but only in a well-ventilated area not near any sparks. Probably easier to extract orange oil is distillation of the fluid you have from the mashed peels and other orange components.
