http://www.merzo.net/main.htm says the Death Star is 160 km in diameter. http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Borg_cube says the Borg Cube is 3036 meters on one side. N = number of Borg Cubes 3036meter * N = 160km N = ~53 You can fit about 53 Borg Cubes across the diameter of the Death Star.
