What is the difference in requirements between CEU and obtaining the graduate academic engineering credits?

Each of our programs is rigorous and involves graded assignments and examinations for each course. There are no additional requirements for academic credits. Students who take our program for CEU are graded on their assignments and examinations but receive credit/no credit course grades from the University. Students taking the program for academic credit are given regular grades on the A, A-, B+, B etc scale.
