The difference is in size. A person with average height and weight can easily sit in a 2.3 X 2.6 feet cabin for short sessions. Our larger sauna is the TURBO model with an attachment of an extra FIR emitting ceramic heater. The larger sauna occupies 2.6 X 2.8 feet of space is recommended for taller heavier people having height of around 6ft. The maximum time applicable for a session is 30 minutes for the Regular and 20 minutes for the Turbo.
