What is the difference in moist, wet, and limited 100?
* According to the Office of Alcoholic Beverage Control a wet county is one in which the majority of voters have chosen to vote to discontinue prohibition. Moist indicates a wet city located in a dry county. In our case, Leitchfield would be considered Limited. This is defined as a city or county voted wet for sales of alcohol by the drink in restaurants with at least 100 seating and 70 percent food sales.
