What is the difference in a fulfillment company and a telemarketing company?
A fulfillment company typically stores products for its clients and, when orders are received, will pack the product and ship it to the client’s customers. The packing and shipping is referred to as “fulfilling” the order. Some fulfillment companies maintain call centers to receive orders or to assist customers with the entry of their orders in on-line stores.
