If you get an Arcade 360 you wont be able to play old xbox games, you won’t have space to save any games (unless it comes with a memory card but i’m not entirely sure), and if you eventually want xbox live you’ll need to get a hard-drive that’ll cost you even more money later on. If you get the Elite system you’ll have a hefty 120gb hard-drive and you’ll also be able to play most old xbox games. Also xbox live will be a breeze to get. All in all Microsoft just made the Arcade console to show they had the “cheapest” console out on the market and trust me if you just get the Arcade you will feel ripped off when you can’t save your brand new games or want xbox live.
