What is the difference between Wildcat JobLink and OCR?

0

Listing a full-time or part-time job through Wildcat JobLink ends up in the regular job listings, which is accessible by all current UA students and alumni. These listings primarily represent immediate openings for positions for which you will not be conducting on-campus interviews. If you plan to interview on campus, you will become a part of the Wildcat JobLink system designed specifically for On-Campus Recruiting (OCR). Listings appear on this side of Wildcat JobLink only if you have scheduled campus interview dates with our Career Services office. Only students who are eligible for campus recruiting have full access to these listings.
