What is the difference between Whole Leaf and Fillet?
Several years ago Lily developed a Fillet product. This was due to the fact that current science at that time showed the inner fillet of the leaf had the highest concentration of the high molecular weight polysaccharides. That science showed the higher molecular weighted polysaccharides had stronger support for digestion, immune support, absorption, and other benefits. We developed the product to assist our consumers with an option based on that science. Both products still retain the 200 biologically active components of Aloe.
