What is the difference between white, milk, and dark chocolate?
White chocolate is chocolate with cocoa liquor so in essence it isn’t really true chocolate. It also contains lecithin, sugar, milk solids, and vanillin (vanilla flavor). Dark chocolate contains both cocoa butter and cocoa liquor and can contain lecithin, sugar, and vanillin. Milk chocolate is dark chocolate but with the addition of milk solids.
