Westlaw UK and LexisLibrarycontain slightly different case reports, full text journals and international legal resources. While many English and Scottish cases are available on both Westlaw and LexisLibrary, some cases can only be found on one database. Our list of law reports gives an indication of the differences between Westlaw and LexisLibrary in relation to Scottish, English and EU cases. Westlaw UK contains full-text UK journals, mostly published by Sweet and Maxwell, while the UK Journals section on LexisLibrary contains journals published by LexisNexis Butterworths and some other legal publishers. Both databases contain similar collections of US journals, cases and legislation. Westlaw UK and LexisNexis Professional both contain some legal resources from Australia and Canada.
