What is the difference between web design and web hosting?
Web design involves creating and designing web sites. This includes such things as creating layouts, incorporating pictures and text, and making graphics. The pages are carefully engineered to interact with one another and be displayed on the web. Web hosting involves the process of putting the web site, including all the pages and elements, on a computer so that they can been seen by the rest of the world. This space, called web space, is on a computer called a server that is in a remote location.
