What is the difference between “waterborne” and “ocean cargo”?

0

Ocean cargo is the exposure while equipment is being shipped from one destination to another, including via air. This coverage is excluded under the Equipment Policy but can be reported and covered under a separate Ocean Cargo Policy. The Equipment Policy does provide for coverage on scheduled items being used/operated while waterborne, underwater or over-the-side. Example: Equipment used for research in the Gulf of Mexico.
