What is the difference between Walk Fitness and Jog Fitness mode?
In Walk Fitness, the target heart rate is 45-75% of your heart rate reserve (HRR = max. heart rate resting heart rate). In Jog Fitness, the target heart rate is 65-75% of HRR. Also, Walk Fitness places limits on the beats per minute of songs played. In Walk Fitness, the maximum beats per minute limit of songs played is 145bpm (default setting), while in Jog Fitness, the maximum is 200bpm (default setting).
