What is the difference between waiving and retaining my rights as a client of the Credentials Service?
If you waive your rights (confidential), you waive the right to inspect and review your letters of recommendation. If you retain your rights (non-confidential), you may inspect and review your letters of recommendation. Once we have received your authorization form notating your preference, you cannot change its confidential or non-confidential status.
