What is the difference between ventricular and atrial tachycardia?
The main difference between ventricular and atrial tachycardia is that ventricular tachycardia is a rapid, regular heart beat that originates in the lower chambers of the heart. Atrial tachycardia is rapid, regular impulses from the atria to the ventricles (the lower chambers of the heart). While both of them sound very similar, they are actually quite different.
