The Vancouver Public Library Foundation is a non-profit volunteer organization whose sole purpose is to raise funds to help the Library provide the highest level of services and programs possible. The Foundation helps to provide financial security to the Library, above and beyond government core funding, through the support of individuals and the private sector.
