A. iPad does not have a camera and does not make phone calls, therefore in the Navionics Mobile HD Apps optimized for iPad, you will not find features such as: geotagged pictures and call POI. Furthermore, if you are using a Wi-Fi iPad, the App will be more of a viewer and features such as GPS positioning and Track recording will be available to iPad Wi-Fi users only when under a Wi-Fi net.
