What is the difference between using APROSS and RMIT Archives for storing records?

0

Transferring records to the APROSS is no different than transferring records to RMIT Archives. We maintain the records on our archival management system and co-ordinate any requests for such records. Maintenance includes documentation control, and, where applicable, eventual destruction. Requesting records from an APROSS receives priority by RMIT Archives. Usual turn-around for requesting records is next day delivery but arrangements can be made for same day delivery. Using the APROSS services does involve costs for the agency responsible for the transfer of records. These costs are detailed in the ‘APROSS Schedule of Fees’.
