I’m not sure what you’re asking. Urban India is what you find in cities; rural India is what you find in villages and in the jungle. I guess you want more than this. If you visit Indian cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Panjim, Hyderabad, Cochi, Pune, etc) then you can walk around in jeans and a shirt. Few people would be offended. However, if you visit villages then you’d better wear a long skirt and a loose top that comes over your hips. Anything more revealing would be offensive and you’d be stared at. You may even be asked by a policeman to cover up. Indian women and girls would give you disapproving looks. When eating, in cities you’ll find a range of cuisines including European and Chinese. In villages, you’ll find only the local food. Generally, in both city and village, eat only food that has been cooked freshly and is steaming when it comes to you. Avoid salads and cut fruit.
