What is the difference between uploading a résumé and using the copy & paste feature?

0

You can upload a résumé that is in a Microsoft Word format into JobQuest. If your Contact Information is set to allow employers to view your information then they will have access to your uploaded Microsoft Word résumé in a Portable Document Format (PDF). This gives you the ability to provide the employer a Rich-text formatted document for your résumé. If you provide career details in the Copy & Paste Résumé employers will have an enhanced tool to search and find you. Employers have the ability to search for potential employees through a keyword search. The keyword search will interrogate the Copy & Paste Résumé.

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
