What is the difference between Trimax Environmental Decking and Composite Decking?
Leading composite decking is made from a mixture of waste wood fibers and recycled plastics. The weak link in all composites is the wood! The wood fillers make composite decking susceptible to fading, staining and swelling due to absorbed moisture. Trimax Environmental Decking is made from mostly recycled high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic the kind found in milk bottles. Trimax Environmental Decking contains no wood fillers and cannot rot, peel, weather or blister.
