What is the difference between training , and development of human resources?
“Training” is a general term, while “human resource development” is more specific. “Human Resource Development” is only one type of training, specifically that which occurs in a corporate or other formal organizational setting. For example, “training” can include training a dog to do tricks, training the members of a Little League baseball team to catch fly balls, or training yourself to read Chinese. None of these, however, qualify as “human resource development.” Human Resource Development is the training of employees to perform job skills or absorb corporate values according organizational standards. It is just one type of “training.
