What is the difference between Track 1 (for napping) and Track 2 (for bedtime/nighttime use)?
Track One, The Daily Speed SleepĀ® Nap, accelerates the attainment of deep sleep in a short amount of time. The voice guides you down to deep sleep and wakes you back up after 25 minutes – the ideal length for a “power nap” according to recent NASA research. Track Two, The Nightly Speed SleepĀ® Accelerator, is intended to be almost identical to Track One except for the fundamental difference being that it does NOT awaken you after 25 minutes. It allows you to stay asleep and awaken naturally.
