They have the same pin-outs, but different in height. Thin (ceramic) QFP is for SA245A and the thickness of the IC is about 1.4mm. Plastic (thick) QFP is for SA675 and the thickness of the IC is normally more than 2mm. One chip will not fit into other adapter due to height difference.
