What is the difference between Total Hits and Unique Hits?
– Total Hits means how many times the page has been accessed. A single visitor can return to your home page many times. While Unique Hits tell you how many unique visitors came to the page. -In nutshell, if a particular visitor returns to your page within half an hour of the same session, he is NOT a unique hit. However the Total Hits go up by 1.
