This course emphasizes basic coding skills specifically for coders in physician offices. The course differs from the Basic ICD-9-CM: Introduction to Coding course in that it contains no references to procedure codes (Volume 3). Only Volumes 1 and 2 are used in physician office coding which is why Volume 3 references are omitted from this course. How long does it take to complete the course? This course (including the 66 question final exam) takes approximately 4 hours to complete. Is there any way that I can get printed course materials from taking the online course?
