SCREEN PRINTING is a process that paints a design directly onto the garment. The cost of making your first screen is $25 and $20 for each additional screen. The screens will be kept for a year and you will not be charged for repeat orders within one year. First a Screen is prepared with the image by removing the backing so that the paint can be applied to the garment through the screen. The paint is then dried and the image has been Screen Printed (painted) onto the garment. A new screen is needed for each color in the design and very careful setup is needed to keep each colors separated when the next color is applied.. The screens are cleaned of excess paint and either saved for reuse or the image is removed and the screen reclaimed for another image. The screens will be kept for a year and you will not be charged for repeat orders within one year.
