What is the difference between theoretical physics and meta physics?

0

According to Kant, the difference between metaphysics and any other science is that metaphysical ideas cannot be tested. Theoretical physics considers questions that often cannot be tested NOW, but might possibly be tested through their predictions in the future. I think this distinction is important and often is forgotten. I think a lot of what passes as theoretical physics is really metaphysics because it does not pass Kant’s test.
