I lived slap bang between them both. In my opinion the Dales are prettier, gorgeous little villages, green fields and great pubs! The Moors are a little more isolated as they’re so hilly, wild and desolate in parts, though they border the Yorkshire coast which has some lovely parts too. Enjoy either, Yorkshire is a lovely county!
