What is the difference between the Whistler Shuttle and Whistler Scheduled Bus Service?
The Whistler Shuttle has solely been developed for Games time transportation. It is designed to specifically serve the needs of Olympic visitors and guests. The Skylynx Bus service is primarily focused on the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) offering great service for guests traveling from YVR to Whistler. The biggest difference is that the shuttle operates based on the schedules of reserved guests, where the scheduled bus operates based on a rigid schedule. The shuttle also features more frequent departures, particularly in the evening hours. All things being equal, we suggest the shuttle service if you want the shortest wait, or are arriving in the evening. We suggest the Whistler SkyLynx bus if you’re on a budget or are happy to wait for a scheduled departure.
