• WECRD is a governmental entity distinct and separate from the Parks Department of the City of Mountain Home. It is a Recreational District governed by Idaho Code. The WECRD generates its own revenue stream and is not governed by the city. The WECRD’s decision making is done by the WECRD’s 3 Directors.
