What is the difference between the UPS Commercial and the UPS Residential besides a couple of dollars? Will one get to me faster than the other?
The difference between UPS Commercial and Residential is cost UPS charge. UPS will charge customer more when states Residential because they may need to go to the resident address more than one time as resident address doesn’t always have someone there to receive the shipment. On the other hand, UPS Commercial will cost less because there should be someone in the commercial area to receive the shipment during daytime working hour. There is no difference in terms of transit time between Commercial and Residential.
