What is the difference between the Uniform Loan Delivery Data Specification and the GSE-specific Implementation Guides for Loan Delivery Data?

0

• The Uniform Loan Delivery Data Specification and its supporting appendices provide a framework for organizations to identify the common set of loan delivery data points that will be required at loan delivery for both Fannie Mae’s Loan Delivery application and Freddie Mac’s selling system. Appendix A identifies the subset of loan delivery data (the ULDD) in the MISMO v.3.0 Reference Model that the GSEs will require at loan delivery. • The GSE-specific Implementation Guides for Loan Delivery Data and supporting appendices provides information applicable to each GSE’s unique business policies and delivery eligibility guidelines. The Implementation Guides also include an Appendix A that identifies the GSE-specific valid values and conditionalities for certain data points.
