What is the difference between the top ten and Bernoulli estimator predicted specificity-determining residues?
The Bernoulli estimator, first used for specificity-determining residues by Kalinina, Mironov, Gelfand, and Rakhmaninova, estimates the most significant number of positions based on the distribution of z-scores.
