Data accumulation (data_accum) is defined as the time integral over which the acquisition of a single datum occurs.Data latency (data_lat) is defined as the dead time between successive data acquisitions. Taken together, the summation of the two values defines the total time between successive accumulations. Sweep reset (swp_reset) is pertinent only to vector instruments and is defined as the dead time between successive columns of data, which is equivalent to any data latency which exists in going from the last step in the sweep back to the initial step in the next sweep.
